With a median sales price at just above $200,000, the Central Valley provides an affordable price point to those looking to purchase a home in California. The Valley is well known for its agricultural, petroleum, logistics, and medical industries.
In California, we focus on off-market deals with typical purchase price points of $40,000 - $100,000. A rehabbed property would normally sell in the $120,000 - $180,000 range. We like to sell below median sales price as this results in a significant reduction in our holding time. These price points also allow for the ability to hold onto the property and rent it out if the market shifts.
